Coup d’Esprit is an art house made of artists, designers and crafts-people, dedicated to pioneering unique and luxurious decorative art making practices. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, they specialize in what they call Digital Artisanship wherein beauty is achieved through an applied fusion of the hand and machine - pairing the precision of computer assisted modeling and manufacturing, with traditional, hands on craftsmanship. They intentionally leave a trace of the human touch in the surface of each artwork, appearing as anomalies or “flaws”, in order to give their art soul. Coup d’Esprit translates to a "Touch of Soul" or a even a "Revolution of the Spirit".
