Where does my order ship from? 
Your order will ship from Austin, Texas.

How soon will my order ship? 
Our lead time for all orders is 7 to 10 business days.

How long will it take my order to ship? 
Orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days after they leave our facility to destinations within the contiguous United States.

How is shipping handled? 
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping fees are included in the price for all items shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States. For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii and all international destinations outside of Canada contact us for a shipping quote.

How can I track my package? 
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you are not delighted with your artwork, please notify us within 14 days of arrival and return it in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will email you with confirmation and details about your refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.

If your order arrives to you damaged, please notify us for a replacement. We will request your order number as well as photos of the damage to your artwork and the shipping box in which it arrived.
