Austin, TXBorn in St. Louis, Missouri, Gregory Gove spent the majority of his commercial career based in Chicago working with architects, interior designers, and corporate art consulting firms, creating art for public and commercial spaces. Gregory also ran an 8 year long interactive mural program for Blue Moon Brewing Co., where he brought art to the masses, traveling throughout the U.S. creating murals at music, culinary, and craft beer festivals in major cities and beyond. Throughout his career as a commercial artist and muralist, Gregory has always experimented with his fine art mostly behind the scenes, occasionally taking part in group exhibitions, auctions and commissions. He has always considered his fine art an integral aspect of his life. Having reached a place of clarity in his painting, along with a drive to create purely from within himself, his primary focus now lies within that realm.
