Fadia Jawhari, known as LiminalME, was born in Venezuela and moved to Florida at 13 years old. Her work is a dialect between juxtaposed elements. It is an abstract dance of colors and textures that invite the viewer to think and feel. By carving from a lack of a definitive origin, she uses fluid and static mediums to evoke the feeling of uncertainty and create a space of ever-lasting liminality. Her creative process starts from an emotional response that finds roots in her mind and after some time, it grows and grows until it becomes an inevitable impulse to create.
