Ryann Ford was raised in a small mountain town in Southern California - it didn’t even have a stoplight. Ryann would consider herself to be a minimalist. She is drawn to sparse landscapes, clean lines and lone subjects. She finds beauty and interest in mundane, overlooked and abandoned places. Her photographs study man’s impact on our landscape and often nature’s attempt to reclaim.
