Ann Hee Strain was adopted from South Korea at 6 months old. She is the youngest of 6, and has found art as a way to express herself and connect with my surroundings and family around me. She graduated from University of Delaware with a BFA in Visual communication; graphic design, however she desires to connect and give back to community through the mode of Art Therapy. Ahn Hee seeks to capture the essence of her perspective that lies beyond what is visible. Her work is a visual dialogue between organic line, free flowing energy and color play associated with nature. Each piece is an exploration and an invitation for viewers to embark on their own introspective journey within the piece.
