Raoul Morren is a self-taught fine artist and curator working in a myriad of mediums to include collage, painting, and photography. He focuses on breathing new life into old materials, repurposing found fragments that he collects and curates to give them new perspective. His work is influenced by his early life where he was surrounded and inspired by nature, finding perfection in the imperfection, and his ever searching and curious eye. Through a lifetime of extensive travel and his spirit of inquisitiveness his art is both deeply personal and inclusive simultaneously. He asks that the observers of his art engage in what they see, and travel with him through the journey of each piece.
