When will I receive my order?
Orders are made on demand and are typically produced within 7 to 10 business days from order submission. If you need your order more quickly please contact us.

Shipping

Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship from Austin, Texas.

How is shipping handled?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days after they leave our facility to destinations within the contiguous United States. We add a $25.00 flat rate shipping fee per item to all orders shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States. Destinations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional fees. For international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote.

How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns/Replacements

My order arrived but it was damaged. How do I get it replaced?
Please notify us for a replacement. We will request your order number as well as photos of the damage to your artwork and the shipping box in which it arrived.

I am not happy with my artwork. How do I return it?
If you are not delighted with your artwork, please notify us within 14 days of arrival and return it in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will email you with confirmation and details about your refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.

How are the dimensions listed?
We list our dimensions with the width first, then the height. All dimensions include framing, where applicable.

How is my artwork framed?
Everything comes ready to hang. We use a float mount technique that allows the print to ‘float’ centered within the frame. We use hand-painted or clear coated 100% American Maple wood frames and acrylic glazing.

How often are new artists and artworks added to the site? Can I be notified?
We are always adding to our portfolio and new editions will be released on a regular basis. To be the first to know about new releases, new artists, events and other exclusive offers, please sign up for our mailing list.
